Infinitely variable table speed from 0.2
to 5 RPM Slitting section with two dynamic
balanced blade-wheels, suspended in
bilateral adjustable bearings. Motor with
gear-box for smooth movement up/down of
slitting section. Tensioned teflon
(PTFE) coated blade guide. Electric motor
for blade drive. Single-edge band knife
with tension control lamp and automatic
cut-out on blade breakage. Remote
controlled electrical/friction grinding
apparatus with two adjustable cup-stones.
Adjustment of slitting section from 0º
to 8º by hand wheel. Free standing Control
Panel with Programmable Logic Controller
(PLC) and standard programme. Mode
for Automatic, Semi-automatic and Manual
operation. Electronic counter for
pre-selection of slitting thickness 1 to
999 mm.
